Shipping Policy – Blush Bow Cosmetic

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Blush Bow Cosmetic (“we”, “us”, “our”) within South Africa.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Methods
Blush Bow Cosmetic currently ships nationwide within South Africa using:
- Aramex Store-to-Door
- PUDO Locker-to-Locker
Shipping methods available at checkout may vary depending on your location and delivery preference.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within:
- 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed:
- on weekends,
- public holidays,
- or during courier service interruptions.
During promotional periods, high-order volumes, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- 8–11 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Business days exclude:
- weekends,
- public holidays,
- and courier non-operational days.
4. Courier Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Blush Bow Cosmetic shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
- courier operational issues,
- weather conditions,
- load shedding,
- strikes,
- high shipping volumes,
- remote area delivery delays,
- civil unrest,
- incorrect customer information,
- locker availability limitations,
- or events beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are managed by the courier service provider.
5. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- delivery addresses,
- locker details,
- contact numbers,
- and email addresses.
Blush Bow Cosmetic will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information or failed collection attempts, additional shipping fees may apply before re-dispatch.
6. PUDO Locker Deliveries
For PUDO Locker-to-Locker deliveries:
- customers are responsible for collecting parcels within the timeframe specified by PUDO,
- uncollected parcels may be returned to sender,
- re-delivery fees may apply.
Locker availability is subject to PUDO capacity and operational limitations.
7. Delivery Confirmation & Risk
Risk in the product passes to the customer upon:
- successful delivery,
- collection from the locker,
- or delivery confirmation by the courier.
Customers are encouraged to inspect parcels upon receipt.
Any claims relating to missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by South African consumer law.
Blush Bow Cosmetic reserves the right to amend shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
9. Failed Deliveries
Where delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, inaccessible premises, or failure to collect from a locker:
- the parcel may be returned to sender,
- additional courier charges may apply for re-shipment,
- and original shipping fees may not be refunded.
10. Force Majeure
Blush Bow Cosmetic shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform delivery obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters,
- pandemics,
- government restrictions,
- strikes,
- power outages,
- civil unrest,
- or courier disruptions.
